Jessie Gandy began his career at the age of 15 working at a Union 76 Truck stop as a grill Cook. He attended Culinary school in Sacramento, California where he received his Culinary Degree. He worked as a Sous Chef for 12 years at Marriott Downtown Orlando where he attended multiple Management and Safety classes, and attained many Supervisory skills. Jessie also worked at Lua Loa Soul Food restaurant as a Kitchen Manager. Jessie helped open the kitchen with Johnny Rivers inside the Embassy Suites in St. Petersburg, FL and worked as Kitchen Manager at the "Dish".
Cedric A. Smith Jr. began his Culinary career 26 years ago in the United States Navy. From there he went on to work at the Marriott Orlando in the Restaurant/ Banquet field for approximately 4 years. Cedric then went on to being a Kitchen manager at a group home doing all the ordering, inventory, and 60% of the cooking for 4 years. He also worked on a cruise line for a couple years as a 1st cook and Kitchen Supervisor. Cedric then moved to Gainesville, FL to assist in all operations of his family owned restaurant for approximately 7 years. In between this tenure he worked and supervised at several restaurants in the Gainesville area. Cedric also owned a Food Truck in the area with a variety of cuisine a few years.
